The
Abava vineyard, which grows above the 57th parallel, is one of the
largest northern vineyards in Europe and the world. Planted and tended
with great care and love, it is now bearing the first fruits of its
labour. Solaris is a classic, fresh white wine with an aromatic and
fruity character. Grown in a cold climate, the grapes boast a crisp,
green character with notes of green apple, gooseberry, pineapple,
blackcurrant leaves. The bouquet has fruity floral aromas, elderflower
and hints of mint. The wine has been praised as high quality by the best
sommeliers in Latvia! Serving temperature +8°C to +10°C.
