Created in collaboration with René Barbier, the famous Catalan winemaker, Le Credo is the result of meticulous work that begins with the cultivation of the vines with a strict selection of micro-plots. Biodynamic farming, hand-harvesting in small boxes, precise winemaking... Everything is done to preserve the quality of the fruit that is the basis of this exceptional wine.
3 exceptional plots: a century-old Carignan vineyard on granite soil, Grenache grapes on black slate soil and one Syrah vineyard on clay-limestone soil. Yield: 15 hl/ha
Aging for 18 months, part in egg-shaped concrete tanks and the other part in 300-liter barrels. Very light filtration.
This rich and deep wine, thanks to its maturity, offers notes of black fruit, spices, leather and licorice. It is dense, generous and with a light toasted note. Soft and powerful, it retains a beautiful freshness that goes perfectly with the very long finish.
