Mr. Plūme Perry, Brut Nature

Perry or pear cider in a champagne bottle. Naturally dry and sparkling, "brut nature" pear cider. White flowers and melon in the aroma, citrusy, mineral in the taste. Elegant, aromatic and fresh. Made from forest pears and 2 special varieties of pears grown in the brewery's garden - Dorschbirne and Tem Bo Lee. Fermented with wine yeast at a lowtemperature, then a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging and removal of the yeast according to the traditional method of sparkling wines. Enjoy chilled.
