ABAVAS Nordic Brut sparkling wine is produced from handpicked and
carefully selected Latvian apple varieties.Handcrafted and
bottle-fermented for 12 months by using the "traditional method". The
result is a bold, yet elegant expression of nordic nature -a round body
with refreshing notes with a touch of biscuit on the palate.
Tantalizing and long-lasting bubbles in the glass. We recommend
paring it with rich and creamy dishes, jambon pates, creamy cheeses and
goat cheese. Serving cooled.
