Semi-dry cider from Normandy, Pays d'Auge appellation. Beautiful golden color, aroma of apples with hints of pear and honey. The taste is round and mild, almost creamy. Very fine bubbles, nice sweetness and interesting saltiness that lingers in the aftertaste. Gourmet cider to be drunk chilled (8°). This cuvée will go well with slightly spicy exotic dishes, Normandy cheeses (Camembert, Pont l'Evêque) and white fruit pies.
