Tori ice cider is made in the Estonian winter by freezing the juice, thus separating it from the water and obtaining a really sweet, concentrated juice. After fermentation, the result is strong enough to be aged for 18 months in Calvados casks, making it even more glorious. Caramel apples, toffee, vanilla and roasted almonds in the aroma. The palate is generous, sweet, supported by balanced acidity. Great as an aperitif, it will be magical paired with blue and aged cheeses or dessert.
